Management Team
Don Lupa, President
Graduating with a B.S. in Business Finance from Northern Illinois University and interested in the construction field, Don operated his own construction company for 16 years. Creating custom, high quality projects has always been a priority. Don comes to Cain Millwork, Inc. with 20 years of experience including operating a millwork shop, implementing conceptual architectural plans, building and installation, marketing and budgeting.
Roger Cain, Vice President – Production
With a B.S. Degree from the Industrial Technology Engineering department at Northern Illinois University, Roger opened the doors of Cain Millwork, Inc. in 1976. From the early days of simple woodworking tools to the current state-of-the-art production shop, Roger has first-hand knowledge of all aspects of this field. Roger’s specialty is bringing customers’ ideas to life.
Joe Sebek, Vice President – Sales
Joe Sebek graduated from Benedictine University in 1992 with a B.S. in Business Economics. Soon after, Joe began a five-year tenure in sales with Anderson Elevator Company. Joe started with Cain Millwork in 1997 and continues to enjoy the interaction with his customers.
Daniel Levin, Chief Executive Officer
Earning his degree from Boston University, Daniel joined Cain Millwork full-time in 2007 after previously sitting on the board and interacting with the range of his family's business ventures. Prior to Cain Millwork, Daniel spent 3 years creating and operating a full-scale property management and development business in eastern Mexico where he used innovation to bring game changing strategies to the market. His experience driven knowledge has allowed him to use his skills in management, operations, and sales to help formulate the strategy for Cain Millwork.
